His major books include \u003ci\u003eConde Koma, Present Bureaucratic MOF\u003c\/i\u003e (Ministry of Finance), and \u003ci\u003eLearning by Manga: History of Japan.\u003c\/i\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Hiroshi Takano is a Japanese manga creator and color designer, born in Nagasaki in 1971.
