This policy outlines when you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, and when returns are not accepted.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

You must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue and provide proof of purchase.
4. Returns We Do NOT Accept
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection by the customer

Opened or used products

Opened trading card packs, booster boxes, or blind/randomised products

Dissatisfaction with card pulls, rarity, or value

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
This includes (but is not limited to):

Booster packs
-
Booster boxes
-
Collector boxes
-
Blind boxes
-
Mystery products
Once a sealed trading card product is opened, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Trading Card & Randomised Products
You acknowledge that:

Trading card products contain randomised contents
-
Card pull rates, rarity, and value are not guaranteed
-
Disappointment with pulls is not a fault
Refunds or replacements are not provided for random outcomes once products are opened.
6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order release dates are estimates only and may change.

Delays caused by suppliers or manufacturers are outside our control.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch unless otherwise stated.
7. Return Process
To request a return, you must:

Provide your order number and proof of purchase

Provide photos if the item is damaged or faulty
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
