1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Processing times may increase during sales, promotions, or high-volume release periods.
- Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available for dispatch.
2. Shipping Locations
- We ship within Australia.
- International shipping may be available for selected destinations and products.
Availability of shipping options is displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- All prices are displayed in AUD.
- Any applicable GST is included where required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Typical delivery timeframes:
- Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- International: Varies by destination
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, or other external factors.
5. Pre-Orders
- Products listed as pre-orders have estimated release dates only.
- Release dates may change without notice due to supplier or manufacturer delays.
- Pre-order items will ship once stock is received.
- If an order contains multiple items that become available at different times, including pre-order items with different release dates, we will hold the order and ship all items together once everything is available, unless the customer requests otherwise by email.
- If the customer requests items to be shipped separately, an additional shipping fee of $14.95 will apply for each additional shipment.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may not update immediately.
7. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- Delays or losses caused by address errors
Returned parcels due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping charges.
8. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select Authority to Leave at checkout:
- You accept responsibility for the order once it is marked as delivered.
- Loot Hoarder is not liable for loss or theft after delivery.
9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Provide photos for damaged items and your order details
We will assist with courier investigations where applicable.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.
10. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the nominated address.
11. International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- We are not responsible for customs delays or refusals
- Orders returned due to customs refusal may not be eligible for a refund
12. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to:
- Size or weight
- International regulations
- Courier limitations
These restrictions will be displayed where applicable.
