Despite our best efforts, pricing or product description errors may occur. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. Pre-Orders

Release dates for pre-orders are estimates only and may change due to supplier delays.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delays are outside our control.

If stock cannot be supplied, we will issue a refund.
8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia and may offer international shipping where stated.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Loot Hoarder is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns & Refunds
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, repairs, or replacements are provided where products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Opened trading card packs, booster boxes, or blind products

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality

10. Trading Card & Randomised Products
You acknowledge that:

Trading card products contain randomised contents

Card rarity, value, or pull rates are not guaranteed

Dissatisfaction with card pulls is not grounds for a return or refund
Once sealed products are opened, they are non-returnable unless defective under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where promotions are misused, abused, or exploited.
12. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may provide access to third-party tools or services (including Shopify apps) over which we have no control.
We are not responsible for third-party services and provide access “as is” without warranties.
