Victor the Securitron is a private security robot designed to perform a variety of roles, including customer service and emergency response. When The Ghoul goes to an abandoned NCR base, he encounters Victor and, although his memory is "jimble-jambled," manages to impart enough information to inform the next part of The Ghoul's plan.
